These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by ClearHelp Woonsocket Towing. By using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Agreement
When you request towing or roadside assistance from ClearHelp Woonsocket Towing, you enter into a service agreement with us. We agree to provide the requested services in a professional manner, and you agree to provide accurate information about your vehicle and location. Services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and road accessibility.
2. Pricing and Payment
We provide upfront pricing estimates when you call for service. Final charges may vary based on actual distance, time, or additional services required. Payment is due at the time services are completed unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. If payment is not received, we reserve the right to hold your vehicle until payment is made in full.
3. Vehicle Condition and Liability
We take great care in handling your vehicle and use industry-standard equipment and procedures. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage to your vehicle. Before towing, our operators will document the condition of your vehicle. We carry insurance to cover damages that occur during our service, but we are not liable for mechanical issues, wear and tear, or damage caused by the condition of your vehicle prior to our arrival.
4. Personal Property
We are not responsible for personal property left inside your vehicle. We recommend removing all valuables before your vehicle is towed. If items are left in the vehicle, they remain at your own risk. We do not assume responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
5. Cancellations
If you need to cancel a service request, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after our driver has been dispatched may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover the time and fuel involved in responding to your location. We understand that situations change, and we will work with you to find a fair solution.
6. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information about your vehicle, location, and the nature of the problem. You must also ensure that you have the legal right to request towing for the vehicle in question. If we discover that a vehicle is stolen or involved in illegal activity, we will contact law enforcement immediately.
7. Service Availability
While we strive to provide 24/7 service, there may be times when extreme weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control affect our ability to respond. We will always do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee availability under all conditions.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, lost wages, missed appointments, or other inconveniences.
9. Dispute Resolution
If you have a concern or dispute regarding our services, please contact us directly so we can work to resolve the issue. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will make every effort to address your concerns in a fair and timely manner. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication may be subject to binding arbitration under the laws of the State of Rhode Island.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island. Any legal actions related to these terms must be brought in the courts of Rhode Island.
